Dr. Dixie Riepl has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have the opportunities, tools, and guidance to succeed. With over 20 years of experience in Special Education and a Doctor of Education in Special Education, Dr. Riepl is committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs.
Dr. Ed Riepl, an Experienced Educator and Administrator with Over 30 Years of Expertise in Working with Individuals with Disabilities. Dr. Riepl’s Passion is Empowering Individuals to Reach Their Full Potential, Both Academically and Personally, Through Comprehensive Support and Development Programs
Mark Riepl is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. He has worked in both school and clinic settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Mark holds degrees in Business Management and Cross-Cultural Education, and he provides behavior support, life skills training, and guidance to families.
Diane Dickson is a Vocational Consultant who has been supporting youth and adults with disabilities in Brevard since 2011. She spent 7 years working in Brevard Public Schools and later co-founded a nonprofit focused on inclusive programs and community engagement. Diane specializes in career exploration, transition planning, and person-centered support strategies that empower individuals to thrive in work and life.
